Recently I had the opportunity to present at the Toronto Android Developers meetup right in our very own Connected Lab offices. I spoke about the build system Gradle.

Gradle is a tool that developers consistently underutilize and even find mysterious (they are only happy when it finally works), so this presentation is about bringing people greater confidence.

I start with some touch points from recent history, then guide you through understanding syntax, best practices on code organization, important tasks that you have not implemented yet, and show you places to go for your own exploration.

Enjoy!
